The former Canterbury Bulldogs chief Malcolm Noad and the recently appointed AMP director, Holly Kramer have their five bedroom Pymble home listed for November 7 auction.

Scott Chadwick, of Chadwick Real Estate, expects $4 million plus for the five bedroom Telegraph Road property which cost $3.1 million in 2010.

The couple apparently plan to spend more time in the Southern Highlands where they have 40 hectare cattle farm at Paddys River, but have been spotted looking for something closer to Bowral.

The couple who wed at Milton Park in 2003 met when she was Ford's marketing manager and he was group general manager of News Ltd.
