NSW auction results show 67% clearance rate: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for the week ending Sunday 18 October show a preliminary clearance rate of 67% from 1074 scheduled auctions.

According to data from realestate.com.au, 401 were sold at auction within NSW, 19passed in and 40sold prior to auction.
 
One standout sale in the Sydney suburb of Bexley was a five bedroom home that sold for $1,950,000. The property, 44 Wallace St Bexley, is on 647sqm.
 
The median price for a home in Bexley is $988,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
