Two Chatswood trophy homes lead CoreLogic RP Data top ten list

The top sale of the week was a freestanding five bedroom home in Chatswood on an 815 sqm block, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

The double brick home, 6 Chatswood Avenue, Chatswood, was built in 1998 and sold for $6,055,000 through Kerrie Robertson and Michael OBrien of LJ Hooker Lane Cove.

The second highest sale was also in Chatswood.
