Beachfront Berrara, NSW South Coast offering

A Berrara beachfront property on the NSW south coast last traded in 1950 has been listed with $9 million hopes.
The 4850 sqm property in Berrara, has been listed by the Roach family who bought the then dairy property for around £750 pounds.
The property now boasts two houses with private ownership of a portion of Kirby’s beach.
It has a helicopter landing area.
Gaby Rogers of Colliers International has the listing.
Hotelier Justin Hemmes also owns a beachfront property at the coastal hamlet.
