Gold Coast clearance rate at 50.7%: CoreLogic RP Data

The Gold Coast had a preliminary auction clearance rate of 50.7% from 100 total auctions for the week ending 11 October, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
Melbourne's Geelong has a preliminary auction clearance rate of 55.2% from a total of 36 auctions.
