NSW auction results show 73% preliminary clearance rate: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for the week ending Sunday 11 October show a preliminary clearance rate of 73% from 1141 scheduled auctions.

According to data from realestate.com.au, 382 were sold at auction within NSW, 150 passed in and 174 sold prior to auction.
 
One standout property sold in the Sydney suburb of Balgowlah was a three bedroom, one bathroom on 580sqm at 76 Condamine Street Balgowlah that sold for  $2,500,000.

The median price for a house in Balgowlah is $1,660,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
