New entrant scrapes into top ten discounted properties nationwide list: SQM Research

A property in the Victorian suburb of Garfield has made the latest top ten most discounted properties nationwide list from SQM Research in the number ten spot.
The four bedroom home on average at 1110 Nar Nar Goon Longworry road, Garfield, VIC, was first listed back in May 2011 with an original asking price of $1.2 million, according to SQM Research managing director Louis Christopher, who said the vendor reduced the asking price in August 2014, then again more recently to $850,000.
"The property consists of a four bedroom home, 11 small paddocks, six stables, multiple haysheds, carports, horse shelters and more. This property is most definitely suited for someone interested in horses with plenty of business potential," he said.
