NSW auction results show 71% preliminary clearance rate: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for the week ending Sunday 4 October show a preliminary clearance rate of 71% from 567 scheduled auctions.

According to data from realestate.com.au, 217 were sold at auction within NSW, 91 passed in and 102 sold prior to auction.
 
One standout sale in the Sydney suburb of Bexley was a three bedroom home sold for $1,200,000 at 1 Bowood Avenue. The median price for a home in Bexley is $988,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
