Art Deco home Bellevue, built in 1933 in Sydney's Dulwich Hill, has changed hands for the first time in 82 years.  

The home, 37 Arlington Road Dulwich Hill, sold 26 September for $1,950,000 through David Diamantopoulos of LJ Hooker Marrickville/Dulwich Hill.

It features recessed ceilings, Queensland maple timber detail, decorative plasterwork, and extensive use of both lead light and terrazzo culminate.

The median price for a home in Dulwich Hill is $1,253,788 according to CoreLogic RP Data.
