Ben White, one of the sons of Brian and Rosemary White, of the family who founded the Ray White group, has listed his harbourfront apartment in Darling Point.

The renovated four bedroom apartment has polished floorboards in the Easthaven complex where there is a shared pool and boat ramp.

Set on Sutherland Crescent, the Ray White Double Bay agent James Keenan expects around $3 million at its October 27 auction.

Ben sits on the Ray White family board. Ben’s passion is finding ways for rental property managers to change their industry from its cottage industry heritage to giving landlords a new level of service. He's been active at the Agents and Property Managers Association, which has become the Apmasphere industry website.
