Melbourne's preliminary auction clearance rate at 73.3%: CoreLogic RP Data

Melbourne holds a preliminary auction clearance rate of 73.3% for the week ending 27 September, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
CoreLogic RP Data said 1,197 auctions were held, up from 1,127 held last week, with notable clearance rates in the Outer East region at 81.8%, and the Inner South region at 80%.
