Lend Lease lawyer Stephanie Rogers is looking for her next renovation project after listing her former whaler's cottage in North Sydney for sale with $3.2 million plus hopes.
The place has been through a two-year renovation.
The property, 41 Whaling Road is on the market through Mark Jackson and Kellie McMillan at Belle Property.
The property has wide panelled Ironbark flooring and high-pitched ceilings, two original fireplaces and a kitchen which features Italian marble and granite.
The median house price for North Sydney is $1,770,500, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
