Melbourne preliminary clearance rate at 73.3%: CoreLogic RP Data

Melbourne has a preliminary clearance rate for the week ending 20 September at 73.3%, down 1% from last week, according to CoreLogic RP Data's latest Property Market Indicator Summary.

According to CoreLogic RP Data 1,091 residential properties went to auction last week down from last week and the same period one year ago.

Melbourne’s Outer East had a preliminary clearance rate of 78.4%, with 74 reported auctions were sold.
