Preliminary NSW auction clearance rate of 73%: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for week ending Sunday 20 September show a preliminary clearance rate of 73% from 1008 scheduled auctions.
According to data from realestate.com.au, 419 were sold at auction within NSW, 162 passed in and 159 sold prior to auction.
One standout property in the Sydney suburb of Balgowlah - a two bedroom townhouse at 1/27 Boyle Street Balgowlah - sold at auction for $1,110,000
