Preliminary NSW auction clearance rate of 75%: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for week ending Sunday 13 September show a preliminary clearance rate of 75% from 1046 scheduled auctions.
According to data from realestate.com.au, 452 were sold at auction within NSW, 149 passed in and 141 sold prior to auction.
One standout property in the Sydney suburb of Ashfield - a two level four bedroom home at 45 Ormond Street which sold for $1,730,000.
