Fashion entrepreneur Malcolm Webster, who owns and is the executive chairman of the David Lawrence fashion empire, is selling a three level Richmond corner building.

The double-fronted property, part of a larger terrace, is on the south-west intersection of Bridge Road and Lennox Street.

Colliers International's Jeremy Gruzewski and Ted Dwyer are marketing 132 Bridge Road.

It is owner occupied by the fashion group.

It also derives an income from a billboard attached to the property's Lennox Street facade.

David Lawrence controls fashion brands including Jigsaw, which Webster introduced to Australia in 1991 and Marcs, which was acquired in 2006 from the Oroton Group.
