Sydney's preliminary clearance rate at 78%: CoreLogic RP Data

Sydney's preliminary clearance rate for the week ending 6 September stands at 78%, up from 75.1% last week and below's last year's figure for the same time of 80.1%, according to CoreLogic RP Data's weekend market summary.

North Sydney and Hornsby had 154 homes under auction and based on preliminary results, a clearance rate of 83.6%.

The inner west had a clearance rate of 88.6% and the eastern suburbs 84%.
