Funds manager Will Liley and his UK born artist wife Janice have sold their Paddington terrace.

Liley, who rowed for Australia in the late 1960s and 1970s, before he founded infrastructure investment firm mInfra, secured around $3.5 million through Ben Collier at McGrath Estate Agents.

Janice studied at the National Art School, Sydney, and before than at Cheltenham College of the Arts in the UK.

Their longtime four bedroom Windsor Street abode was bought back in 1999 at $870,000.

They retain their Southern Highlands retreat Rosehill Farm, a 45-hectare holding with Richard Rowe designed six-bedroom, seven-bathroom house.
