The public and VIP CBRE launch of the $140 million residential complex Macquarie Green is slated for next month with construction expected to begin late this year.

Designed by Marchese Partners, and developed by TOGA and Gresham Property, Macquarie Green’s gated community features 164 one, two and three bedroom apartments and townhouses across four low-rise buildings.

Two design features are available - Sanctuary, with timber undertones and white joinery and Oasis, offering grey oak floors with silver elm and antique white cabinetry. Smeg appliances, custom cabinetry, exquisite joinery, stone benches and timber floors are also included.

The development nears the Sydney Metro Northwest line and The Macquarie Centre upgrade (Herring Road Precinct).

Construction on Macquarie Green will begin in late 2015 with completion proposed for mid-2017.
