NSW auction results hold at 80% clearance rate: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for week ending Sunday August 23 show a preliminary clearance rate of 80% from 903 scheduled auctions.

According to data from realestate.com.au, 404 were sold at auction within NSW, 111 passed in and 145 sold prior to auction.

One standout property in the Sydney suburb of Beecroft was a four bedroom home on a 771 sqm block at 8 Mawson Avenue which sold for $1,690,000.
