A narrow Bathurst Street, Hobart terrace has been sold after being listed at $520,000.

The two storey, two bedroom terrace sits on an 89 sq m block.

It comes with convict-laid bricks.

The 1840s home has fireplaces.

The Charlotte Peterswald agency had the offering after its Genevieve Lilley makeover.

"Responsible for the inspiration and design of the renovation to this Georgian residence is a prominent Sydney architect who has successfully combined the inherent character and charm of the era with modern amenities, creating this very desirable and exceptionally attractive residence," agent Debbie Heron said.
