Camberwell edges out Brighton: REIV

A clearance rate of 77% was recorded in Melbourne at weekend auctions, compared to 77% last weekend and 73% this weekend last year.

There were 735 auctions reported to the REIV.

So far this year, there have been over 22,000 auctions held - up 14% from last year.
