NSW auction results show prelim clearance rate of 80%: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for week ending Sunday August 16 show a preliminary clearance rate of 80% from 907 scheduled auctions.

According to data from realestate.com.au, 405 were sold at auction within NSW, 93 passed in and 159 sold prior to auction.
 
One standout property in the Sydney suburb of Bangor  was a 657 sqm block complete with brick three bedroom home which sold for $1,060,000.
