Victoria's Arena residential estate sold for $93.1 million

Satterley Property Group has purchased the 198 ha, 1,350 lot ‘Arena’ residential estate in Greenvale, Victoria for $93.1 million.
51 lots on the development have already been sold. The Arena estate will feature a $9 million sports precinct five times the size of the MCG.
Slattery Group managing director Nigel Slattery said arena is already trading and is essentially an in-fill site within highly sought after Greenvale.
"With two projects in the north – Riverstone and Coburg Hill – close to trading out, the purchase of Arena refreshes our development pipeline in the strategic Hume growth corridor,” Mr Slattery said.
The development would take between seven and ten years to complete.
