The Marist Brothers religious order are looking for $3 million plus for 7A The Serpentine, Bilgola.
The property is now being offered as it is now seldom used.
The property was purchased in the 1950s by the Marist Fathers as a holiday destination.
Mark Griffin at Belle Property Avalon are taking offers until August 15.
