Champion jockey Damien Oliver has listed his home in Port Melbourne’s Beacon Cove precinct.

The three-time Melbourne Cup winner bought the abode at 98 Beach Street at 1997 auction as Mirvac began constructing the now well-established village. It cost $540,500.

Oliver’s three-bedroom plus study is tipped to fetch more than $1.8 million through Marshall White agent Michael Paproth at August 22 auction.

The two storey offering includes an indoor sauna and spa room, perfect for Oliver who last week won his 10th Melbourne Jockeys’ Premiership with 60 winners.

His backyard includes another spa and a putting green.
