Infinity, designed by award-winning architect Koichi Takada above what will be bustling retail and restaurant space, is Crown Group's Green Square project with it’s stage one limited apartment release intent on setting the benchmark for urban living in Sydney.

The apartment block is marketed as the landmark gateway to Sydney’s newest precinct which by 2030 is expected to have 40,000 residents and 22,000 workers.

From just its preliminary design work, Crown Group has won awards, including Best Concept Design at the 20th Annual Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW awards for excellence.

Crown Group CEO Iwan Sunito says the building’s curved form ensured a world-class development with architectural significance.

“The project draws on Crown Group’s 18 years’ experience developing residential property in Sydney and will showcase the world’s best in innovative residential design," he said.

Located at 301-303 Botany Road, a short distance from Green Square train station, Crown Group’s project is located within the new Green Square town centre, a major new residential, retail and cultural hub – which sits at the heart of a broader $8 billion redevelopment of Green Square.

The 20-storey development comprising a 39,400 sqm gross floor area is principally based on retaining solar access to the Green Square Plaza and library, along with an internal public courtyard which forms an open-air dining precinct.

Crown Group undertook the recently-completed Viking by Crown in Waterloo, a 10-storey building featuring 110 apartments.

Crown hosted an event this week for the unveiling of the model for the 401-apartment Infinity building with apartment sales to begin August 29.
