Perth median dips to $530,000 in June - and time to sell up to 70 days

The Perth median has dipped to $530,000 - and the time to sell up now to 70 days, according to the latest June REIWA/Landgate data.
Reuters recently reported even the notoriously high coffee prices in mining capital Perth have levelled off at under $4 a cup.
