Love those Lashes beauty business owner Debra Sloane has listed her Kew home with $2.8 million plus hopes through Kay & Burton.
It is an 1895 Victorian home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is accomodation space above the three car garage at the Walpole Street property that last traded at $1,051,000 in 2001 and renovated about a decade ago.
The entreprenuer founded the firm in 2007.
The August 7 auction is private.
