The penthouse apartment beside Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe's Toorak pad has been sold.
The 98A St Georges Road apartment was sold by Deloitte executive.
Daniel Radcliffe's pad on St Georges Road was taken off the market earlier this year.
The elegant four-bedroom apartment was listed at $3.1 million through Melbourne Real Estate's Georgina Mellick and Tom Aylward.
