A sprawling 1500 square metre homestead at Luddenham, 40kms from the Sydney CBD, has been listed by Emilio Spinozzi, the owner and drag racing driver of Spinozzi Racing.

The developer project managed the construction of the contemporary country-style, four-bedroom, three-bathroom home on its 10 hectare lot.

It was constructed over almost six years from 2005 on Willowdene Avenue.

Some 400 sqm of the home is for undercover alfresco living, with an outdoor kitchen including double barbecues, built-in bar fridge and Roman bath-style swimming pool

There is also a two-bedroom self-contained cottage on the property which cost $1.5 million in 2003.

There is an eight-car garage and workshop.

Its paddocks come with a stone fruit and citrus orchard.

The Spinozzis are set to relocate closer to the city after the sale through Sydney Country Living agents Shayne Hutton and Brian McMillan.

Luddenham's last big residential sale was $3.2 million last year with a two home 19 hectare lot on Park Road.

There was also a $7 million sale of a 36 hectare lot on Elizabeth Drive.
