Deniliquin had returned to the investor radar, local agent Ashley Hall at Big River Real Estate said.

"They come from far and wide," he said.

"Last week we have investors down from the Gold Coast, but more regularly from Sydney, Melbourne, Adeiaide and WA too," he said.

His Deniliquin agency has the most popular investor listing on realestateview.com.au at the moment.

"Yields are going up," he explained, adding the town's recent mention in a magazine list helped.

"But Deniliquin property is coming into its own," he said given the elevated employment for the rice mill, the abattoir and the police station under construction

2) 45 Deans Road, AIRDS, NSW, 2560

A three bedroom offering complete with a renovated bathroom, second toilet, solar panels and gas cooking make up this listing which has attracted the second most clicks from investors on realestateview.com.

It has been marketed as a "bargain in Sydney's Western Suburbs." It is now sold to an investor. Initially it was advertised at offers over $380,000 with the vendor sensing the strong interest upped it to over $420,000.

It noted that market rents for the area hover between $350 and $360 per week, making "this the ideal investment," Wayne Browne, the listing agent at Prudential Real Estate suggests.

Wayne Browne told Property Observer that 70% of his buyer interest came from investors on the offering. The wide net cast through the website listing, allowed the buyer to come from 40kms away at Punchbowl.
