Sorrento leads in median seaside price increase

The latest Victorian Property Sales Report - covering the December 2014 quarter - has been released this month and found the median house price for Sorrento increasing by 19.5% for the December quarter.
The report sampled median house prices from ten towns, with six of the towns increasing in median house prices from the September 2014 to December 2014 quarters.
