Glebe terrace investment sale post-auction

Around $2.5 million has been achieved on the Glebe terrace that was passed in at weekend auction.
It has been converted into five self-contained apartments, so the freestanding terrace was set to attract investor interest.
It comes with marble fireplaces, timber floors and high ornate ceilings.
