Deep inside the cliffs above the River Derwent, just 20 minutes from Hobart's CBD lies an extraordinary waterfront property.

The 21 acre property comes with a 300 square metre shed of exposed aggregate concrete, hiding deep within the most unique wine cellar in Australia.

Some 4,000 bottles of wine, the grotto-like cellar was built by a mining company, accessed via a tunnel from either the cliff top or the water's edge.
