Peppers Guest House at Pokolbin listed for sale

One of the Hunter Valleys most iconic properties, Peppers Guest House at Pokolbin has been listed for sale.
Property Observer gleans it is with expectations of around $7 million.
It has been on the Hunter Valley must-stay list for three decades.
The sale of the property by the current owners, who are passive investors, will allow an incoming purchaser to keep the current management team operation.
Listing agent Alan Jurd of Jurds will be taking offers on the 48 room hotel with conferencing facility at 57 Ekerts Road, Pokolbin.
The property features the Chez Pok restaurant, day spa and 40 acres of park like grounds.
