A three bedroom townhouse was Sydney's cheapest sale at weekend auctions.

It sold through Richardson & Wrench Campbelltown agents Russell Wyer and Michelle Balabka for $310,000 to an investor.

The three bedroom 1970s townhouse is in need of refurbishment.

There is single undercover car accommodation and front and rear courtyards.

It was marketed as suiting builders/renovators looking for a project at 13/107 Broughton Street.

It last sold in 2010 at $195,000, so reflected 10% annual growth.

The agents told Property Observer they recently rented a renovated three bedroom townhouse in the same complex for $355 per week.
