Frasers Property is auctioning a four-bedroom family home at its master-planned Putney Hill neighbourhood.
 
76 Lardelli Drive, a freestanding home designed by Cox Richardson, sits at one end of the picturesque Lardelli Park. 
 
Styled by Coco Republic, the trophy residence will be auctioned by Vic Lorusso on June 13 with a $1.85 million plus price guidance.
 
Frasers Property Sales marketing director Paul Lowe said the decision was taken to sell by auction gave all an equal chance of buying this newly completed house which served as the display suite.
 
To date all opportunity to buy from the developer in the Putney Hill precinct have been initially offered via off the plan private treaty. 
 
Putney Hill is a 13.9-hectare master-planned community on the border of Putney and Ryde, 13 kilometres from the Sydney CBD.
