The Victorian greyhound training track exposed for live baiting by the ABC program Four Corners expose has been listed for sale at Tooradin.

Owned by suspended greyhound trainer Stuart Mills, hidden camera footage was aired in the documentary Making A Killing.

The greyhound track at Harewood Road, Tooradin, is one hour south-east of Melbourne, is for sale through acreage specialists Finning First National, who are marketing it as "well set up for anyone looking to breed, show and or even race."

There is a $669,900 asking price on the house with the track at $945,000.

Selling agent Jason Brown told Fairfax Media he appraised for sale both properties 18 months ago.

Mills bought the now-defunct Tooradin Trial Track in 2008.

Documents obtained by the ABC under Freedom of Information reveal Greyhound Racing Victoria took no action against the operators until the property was raided by police and the RSPCA in February, despite stewards concerns over rabbits being used as bait.
