May new Sydney listings slide, Melbourne holds strong: CoreLogic RP Data

Melbourne currently has ten thousand more homes on the market than Sydney as Sydney listings slide 21.4% when compared to last year, according to new figures released from CoreLogic RP Data.
Melbourne has 28,726 homes for sale as of the week ending May 17, a decline of 10.2% annually.
Sydney has suffered a 21.4% decline in home listings since 2014, with 17,173 homes currently on the market.
