The beachcomber Robbie Griff has sold his Tamarama house.

The former Fiasco disco operator secured $4,005,000 for the Kenneth Street non-beachfront holding.

It cost $620,000 in 1994 when bought by the now Gold Coast based Griff.

It was offered through Hamish Robertson at McGrath Estate Agents in conjunction with Agency by Alison Coopes.

Set between two beaches, this spacious residence was marketed as set for being renovated or redeveloped.

It was a 452 square metre north-to-rear land with R3 Medium Density zoning, one of only seven properties in the street not yet developed.

A second story would capture spectacular beach and ocean views.
