Albert Park-bound BRW Rich-Lister and Flight Centre founder Geoff Harris sold his Port Melbourne beachfront reserve home for more than $5.25 million shortly after it was passed in at Saturday auction.

It was listed through Hocking Stuart Albert Park after paying $12 million for Hollyford, a landmark Albert Park mansion in May last year.

The Port Melbourne home passed in on a $5.25 million bid, then sold later for an undisclosed price.

It was bought off the plan from Mirvac for $3.75 million in 2006, with a six-car garage and a heated pool.
