Royalla, the glamorous Robertson farm stay, has been listed for sale.

It is a 47 hectare cattle farm that grosses up to $80,000 a year from its visitors.

Derek Leddie, former CEO of The Leading Edge market research firm and co-founder of athlete training outfit Out Of Your Mind, and his wife Nicole Lenord have owned Royalla for 10 years.

It's not the Pearsons Lane pastures that are extraordinary rather the 200 species of plant life with some of the trees 100 plus years old.

Royalla hosted 70 wedding ceremonies last year with 26 already confirmed for 2015, with the property accommodating up to 16 people across three recently renovated dwellings.

David Nolan of Webster Nolan Real Estate, Cameron McKillop of McKillop Property and Ian Rayner Real Estate are giving $3.3 million price guidance.

Leddie spent $2.8 million to buy the neglected retreat which comes with extensive dry-stone walls, large trees, paddocks, a creek and a dam.
