Hong Kong Chinese nationals paid around $7 million for a dress circle waterfront property in Seaforth.

The home is set on on 1,200 square metre deep waterfront block complete with jetty and marina pen.

The buyers saw 55 Seaforth Crescent on the Juwai website, then contacting Glen Wirth of LJ Hooker Seaforth.

“It took three weeks for their application to go through the Foreign Investment Review Board,” Wirth told the Manly Daily.

The architect-designed trophy home has floor to ceiling glass walls and 180 degree views of the Spit at Middle Harbour.

It was advertised for sale at $7.8 million.
