Alpha60 brother and sister duo list in Westgarth village

Brother and sister fashion label Alpha60 designer Alex and Georgie Cleary have listed their Northcote abode, the three-bedroom Westgarth Hall.
Nelson Alexander agent Arch Staver is expecting more than $2 million at its 16 May auction.
The former community hall at 98 Union Street is an open-plan home created after being bought for $945,000 in 2009.
Alpha60, which has boutiques in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, known for bending the rules of classic wardrobe pieces, playing with androgyny.
The Westgarth village home is entered via imposing double doors, a huge Chuck Close portrait visible on entrance.
