Acacia Gardens notches up first $1 million plus house sale

Acacia Gardens in Sydney's north-west has recorded its first $1 million plus residential house sale.
Kent Pilkington of Laing+Simmons Quakers Hill has negotiated the sale.
The Acacia Gardens house sold for $1.05 million – the first time a house in postcode 2763 has broken the $1 million barrier.
The 13 Gannet Place had four large bedrooms each with its own ensuite and walk-in robe.
The block cost $300,000 in 2009.
The previous record was $870,000 on Hibiscus Close.
