No surprise: Australia's cheapest capital city suburbs

CoreLogic RP Data have released a list of the most affordable capital city suburbs in Australia.

Unsurprisingly, given their respective placings at the bottom of capital city home values, Hobart and Adelaide suburbs make up the entire top 10 list.

Suburbs on the eastern shore of the Derwent River were the most affordable in Hobart, while Adelaide's northern Playford region hosts the city's cheapest suburbs for houses.
