Mosman $4.38 million home tops week's sales: CoreLogic RP Data

 A four bedroom, three bathroom Mosman house was the most expensive home to sell last week, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

The dual-pavillion home at 1 Lavoni Street (pictured above) was sold for $4,375,000 through Simeon Manners Property Mosman.

Each of the pavillions connect via enclosed glass walkways overlooking courtyards. The house has timber floors, with custom made cabinetry and a gas fireplace. The master bedroom includes a built in robe, an en suite and a Juliette balcony.

The vendors had attempted to sell the home twice before securing $4,375,000 last week, including a 548 day campaign that stretched from November 2011 to May 2013. They paid $3.8 million for the house in April 2005.

Nine of the top 10 sales of the week came from Sydney, with a $2.44 million Moonee Ponds house sold at auction the exception.
