$4.255 million secured twice at Sydney weekend auction
Sydney's lower north shore had two properties selling under the hammer on Saturday for $4.255 million.
They were at the auctions of 19 Dettman Ave, Longueville (above) and 71 Carlotta St, Greenwich (below).
Both through McGrath Lane Cove selling agent Brent Courtney.
The four-bedroom house at Longueville was designed by Walter Barda overlooking Tambourine Bay.
The sale exceeded the $3.9 million reserve and the initial $3.4 million price guidance.
It sold to expats who are moving back from New York, News Ltd papers reported.
Upsizers secured the five-bedroom house in Greenwich from the recently appointed Spotless chief Martin Sheppard and his wife, Donna, now based in Melbourne.
Brent Courtney secured the that sale price under the same hammer for the Longueville home of Amanda Roche, wife of SNP Security boss Thomas Roche.
