Interior designer Garth Barnett sells his turn-key Woollahra apartment

The turn-key Woollahra apartment of interior designer Garth Barnett has been sold for $1,635,000.

Title Tattle gathers it was sold to a recently separated buyer. It was marketed as The Claverton Suite.

The designer auctioned the two-bedroom pad having bought it as a three-bedroom apartment last February for $1.35 million.

It was listed for auction last November with $1.95 million hopes through James Dunn, of Richardson & Wrench Double Bay, and Richard Cooper, of Sotheby's International.

it was passed in at $1,605,000.
